Analysis: Johnson injured his knee in preseason practice and was placed on injured reserve. He was waived Nov. 26 when he completed rehab, making him a free agent. Johnson, a fourth-round pick in the 2003 draft, has been used primarily as a blocker. He has caught 55 passes for 269 yards and six touchdowns, and has rushed 48 times for 141 yards and two touchdowns.
